Holiday and Ugly SweatersΒ

Christmas is near, so christmas parties are everywhere. Last tuesday night, my manager hosted a Christmas  dinner at The Malayan plaza hotel. The theme was Holiday and ugly sweater. This what I wore.

Dress: Forever21

Sweater: Torrid

Boots: H&M

Bag: Charles and Keith

You must have seen this sweater already. I have wore this twice for my ootd. Honestly, I was not prepared. I was out of town a day before that. I didn’t have time to shop. So what I did was, I found this santa hanging in our doorknob. I took it and sewn it in my sweater. πŸ˜‚ Also, you can’t see it but I tied red ribbon in my hair bun because I cannot find my red bow. 😊

More photos below.

I’m looking forward for christmas!

Beautipid II

So I have been using these products for more than a month now. If you are looking affordable and effective products for your skin and face. Try them! πŸ™‚

1. Snail Moisturizing Hydrogel from Mumuso

I love this! I took me a long time to look for replacement of my night cream Natura Siberica. It is no longer available here. This night mask is for treating wrinkled skin, clearing acne, healing scar lines and will leave your skin softer and smoother. It is rich in snail secretion infiltrate. Super cheap! It cost 99php. πŸ’™

2. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

You can use any brand but what’s available here in my house is Prosource. 😁 My brother use this also. He applies it on his face and body. He puts two table spoons in his coffee every morning.  He says it is healthy. But please try to do your own research or ask a doctor. But I use it for my body scrub and for my hair. It will give your skin and hair gorgeous glow.

3. Morrocan Argan Oil

This one is magic! I over shaved my eyebrows πŸ˜‚ and for a very long time I wanted my lashes to grow thicker and longer. This will help you a lot if you have the same problem. Super effective! 😍

4. Castor Oil

Again, you can use any brand. Mine is Mexo from Qatar. My brother bought it for me. I also use it for my eyelashes, eyebrows and body. But this is also effective for cracked heels. Trust me! I have like the worst heels of all. I am very particular with my sole because I always get crack heels if I don’t keep it moisturize or get my scheduled footspa.

5. Gayuma Essential Oil by Amu’in Aromatherapy

This one is a gift from a friend. I forgot where she got it. Yes, it is called “Gayuma” because it is for  romance. πŸ˜‚ For massage, use 9-12 drops in 30ml carrier oil. For oil burners you have to dilute it in 15ml water. Exciting!

I am recently obsessed with oils. Maybe I should do a different article for oils. Soon!

I will share with you a photo of my struggle to get a decent photo for this article because someone was trying to mess with my shots.

Super cute! Everyone meet my grand daughter. 😊

Thank you for reading! Keep that gorgeous glow! πŸ’‹

Zombie Beau

Last year I tried to do Frida make up for halloween. This year I tried to do zombie make up.

These are the things I used to achieve that look.

I used that tissue to create that wound and glue to stick it to my skin. Also, glue for the peeling skin effect.

To color the tissue and dark under circles. I used this.

Victoria’s Secret eyeshadow. I used the matte black and violet shades.

To color the wound, I combined this two shades of lipsticks.

Here are the unfiltered photos. πŸ™‚

Before you try doing this please make sure you are not allergic to Elmer’s glue or any glue that you want to use. I only wore this make up for about an hour. So I don’t know the effect if it stays on your skin beyond that.

Love Green!Β

This photo was taken during the Tofarm Film Festival 2017 Awards Night. I am wearing another gorgeous creation of Tessa Aquino. I am loving the fit of that dress. It is actually my first time to wear tube gown. I also love the color.

I also would like to thank Tofarm for my Best Supporting Actress nomination. πŸ™‚ Our film High Tide won several awards. I am super proud of our film. We got the Best film! Yey!

Here are more photos.

Bonus! 😘

I did my own make up. Mitch Fresnillo did my hair. Thank you Mitch! You are so awesome!

Watch out for more plussize fashion fun in the next coming weeks! Be bold and gorgeous! Thank you so much for reading my article!
